My fitness journey
In 2016 I was underweight, unhealthy, and not exercising. I started lifting weights and eating more of the right kinds of food, and here I am 40 pounds heavier, healthier than ever.
Once I realized how incredible exercise made me look and feel, I knew that I had to share with others how I achieved my transformation. I've gained a lot of knowledge and experience along the way. Now I want to help people achieve their own goals and give them strength and confidence. I'm so happy to finally share this with you!
I just wanted to tell you that I truly enjoyed doing the 8 Week Challenge. 💕 You have created such a good program. I took a leap whenever I decided to do the challenge because I hadn't done anything like this before. The first time I saw you announce this challenge I was super excited to see what it was all about. Your program gave me strength in pushing myself harder, yourself & your body gave me motivation!
